French
Bonjour et Bienvenue...Hello and Welcome
At KPJS, French is taught across KS2 primarily using the Language Angels Scheme linked to the DfE Languages Programme of Study for KS2.
This ensures pupil learning and progression in the main language learning skills – speaking, listening, reading, writing and grammar.
In Year 3, 4 and 5 class teachers teach a weekly lesson and in Year 6, children have 1 hour lesson per week with a specialist MFL primary teacher.
