Kami Extension on Student's Google Chrome Account
Sign into your Chrome Browser and Set-up Kami
Sign into your Chrome browser with your district Google Account. Once signed in you will see Kami as an extension on the top right near your profile. Note: IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU ARE SIGNED INTO CHROME WITH THE CORRECT ACCOUNT and NOT signed into multiple accounts at the same time.
Once successfully signed in you will to:
1. Open Kami by clicking on the blue "K" icon from your extensions in the upper right corner of your Chrome browser to "activate" it.
2. Follow the on screen instructions, prompts and permissions to login into Kami using your school Google account in order to be connected to our domain license properly.
Connecting Student’s Google Drive To Kami
1. Right click on a PDF document in your Google drive you would like to open in Kami.
2. Choose “Open with ” and select “Connect more apps” from the menu.
3. Search for Kami in the search window and click on it to add/install it to your drive. Follow the prompts and permissions to connect Kami to your Google drive.
4. You can now open any Google Drive PDF file with Kami by right clicking on it & choosing “Open with ” and selecting "Annotate with Kami".
