Seminar Activity
Definition;
A presentation of a scientific topic, related to the academic’s research/teaching field only, in the Department/Faculty/University with a presence of at least 6 academics, excluding the QA officer, for at least 40 min and no more than 50 min. The academics do not need to upload any proof letter to their PF&CAD site concerning this activity.
Important:
The seminar topic should not interfere the topics that usually presented by the University directorates, e.g., Quality assurance, curriculum development, health, etc.
The attended/presented seminars to be considered are only that registered via the Quality Assurance online system inside Koya University.
A one week online seminar registration in advance is compulsory.
Holding two seminars per Faculty or two seminars per Department at the same day will not be considered.
Registering a seminar in the online system needs an approval from the scientific committee of the department. The approval is the duty of the Quality Assurance Officer. The Seminar online registration is achieved by the following few steps:
Visit the following link; dqa.koyauniversity.org
Click on “Seminars” on the side bar.
Click on your Faculty link, e.g. Seminars at Faculty of Education.
Finally, click on “(please click here to go to submission form for your faculty)”
Scoring the seminar attendance needs an online feedback within 10 days.
The academic can present no more than 1 seminar per semester inside KOU and another 1 seminar outside KOU. Other seminars based on an indexed journal publications during the academic year, no more than 1 per semester, after registration via the QA online system.
The seminar presenter is obligated to send the QAD the electronic presentation no more 7 days after the presentation, otherwise the activity will not be considered.
Attending the seminar is scored by 1 point and presenting the seminar is scored by 4 points.
Seminars with feedback score less than 2.5 will be discarded.
Attending seminars outside KOU is not considered.
The seminar should be presented physically, no online seminars are accepted.

پێناسە;
سيمينار بريتيە لە پێشكەش كردنى بابەتێكى زانستى كه‌په‌یوه‌ندی به بواری توێژینه‌وه یان بواری تایبه‌تمه‌ندی ستافه ئه‌كادیمیه‌كه‌وه هه‌بێت لە سەر ئاستى بەش/ فاكەڵتى/ زانكۆ بە ئامادەبوونى بە لايەنى كەمەوە ٦ لە ستافى ئەكاديمى , بێجگە لە كارمەندى دڵنيايى جۆرى, بۆ ماوەيەك كە لە ٤٠ خولەك كەمتر نەبێت و لە ٥٠ خولەك زياتر نەبێت. ستافى ئەكاديمى پێویستی به ئەپلۆد كردنى بەلگەى پەسندكراو بۆ سايتى هەگبەى مامۆستا و زانستخوازی بەردەوام( PF&CAD) نیه سەبارەت بەم چالاكييە.
هه‌ندێك خاڵی گرنگ له‌سه‌ر ئه‌م چالاكی یه:
1. نابێت بابه‌تی سیمیناره‌كه په‌یوه‌ندی به‌و بابه‌تانه‌وه هه‌بێت كه‌به شێوه‌یه‌كی ئاسایی له لایه‌ن به‌ڕێوه‌به‌رایه‌تیه‌كانی زانكۆوه پێشكه‌ش ده‌كرێن وه‌ك دڵنیایی جۆری، په‌ره‌پێدانی پڕۆگرامی خوێندن، ته‌ندروستی، هتد..
2. تەنها ئەو سيمينارانە ئەژمار دەكرێن كە لە سەر سيستەمى ئەليكترۆنى دڵنيايى جۆرى تۆماركراون.
3. دەبێت سيمينارەكە هەفتەيەك بەر لە پێشكەش كردنى لە سەر سيستەمەكە ئەليكترۆنيەكە تۆمار بكرێت.
4. پێشكەشكردنى دوو سيمينار لە هەر فاكەڵتيەك ياخود دوو سيمينار لە هەر بەشێك لە هەمان ڕۆژدا ڕێگە پێنەدراوە.
5. تومار كردنى سيمينار لە سەر سيستەمە ئەليكترۆنيەكە پێويستى بە ڕەزامەندى ليژنەى زانستى ئەو بەشە هەيە. پەسەند كردنەكە بريتيە لە ئەركى بەرپرسى دڵنيايى جۆرى فاكەڵتى. تۆماركردنى سيمينار بە شێوەى ئەليكترۆنى پێویست به‌م هه‌نگاوانه‌ی خواره‌وه ده‌كات:

6. پێويستە لە ماوەى ١٠ ڕۆژدا فيديباكى ئەليكترۆنى بە مەبەستى پێدانى خاڵ بە سيمينارەكە لە لايەن بەشداربووان ئەنجام بدرێت.
7. بۆ هه‌ر سێمسته‌رێكی ساڵی خوێندن، هەر ستافێكی ئەكاديمى دەتوانێت تەنها يەك سيمينار لە ناوخۆی زانكۆی كۆیه‌و یه‌ك سیمیناریش له ده‌ره‌وه‌ی زانكۆد ائەنجام بدات. هه‌روه‌ها مامۆستاكه ده‌توانێت جیا له‌م دوو سیمیناره، سیمینارێكی تر پێشكه‌ش بكات له‌سه‌ر توێژینه‌وه‌ی بڵاو كراوه به‌مه‌رجێك توێژینه‌وه‌كه index ی هه‌بێت، پێویسته سیمیناره‌كه لە ڕێگەى سيستەمە ئەليكترۆنيەكەوە تۆماربكرێت.
8. پيشكەشكارى سيمينارەكە دەبێت لە ماوەىەك كە لە ٧ ڕۆژ تێپەر نەكات پاوەر پۆينتى سيمينارەكەى بنێرێت بۆ بەرێوەبەرايەتى دڵنيايى جۆرى, به پێچه‌وانه‌وه ئەم چالاكييەى بۆ ئەژمار ناكرێت.
9. ته‌نها یه‌ك خاڵ بۆ به‌شداربوو له سیمینارو چوارخاڵیش بۆ پێشكه‌شكاری سیمیناره‌كه ئه‌ژمارده‌كرێت.
10. ئه‌و سیمینارانه‌ی كه فیدباكه‌كانیان له 2.5 كه‌متر بێت ئه‌وا ئه‌و سیمیناره ئه‌ژمارناكرێت.
11. به‌شداریكردن له سیمیناری ده‌ره‌وه‌ی زانكۆی كۆیه ئه‌ژمارماكرێت.
12. سیمینار پێویسته له‌ناو كامپه‌سدا پێشكه‌ش بكرێت و به پێچه‌وانه‌وه سیمیناری ئۆنلاین ئه‌ژمارناكرێت.
