Duties of QA Officer/Coordinator

1. In addition to the duty mentioned in the Quality Assurance regulations, the department Quality Assurance coordinator (if applicable) is obligated to give at least one seminar per semester for his department staff about the latest regulation/resolutions and the online system process. This is a part of the coordinator job and it will not be scored for him and for the audience, as well. One missing seminar will be scored as -3 points for the coordinator.

2. In addition to the duty mentioned in the Quality Assurance regulations, the Faculty Quality Assurance officer is obligated to give at least one seminar per semester for his Faculty staff about the latest regulation/resolution and the online system process. This is a part of the officer duty and it will not be scored for him and the audience, as well. One missing seminar will be scored as -6 points for the officer.

3. The academics are responsible to get the latest information and updated regulation via the above mechanism and the University is not responsible for any academic’s lack of information.

4. The Faculty Quality Assurance officer should have a room equipped with a copying/scanner machine. The academics can use this machine whenever they need to upload their certificate/proof files to the PF&CAD site.

5. The department Quality Assurance coordinators/officers are obligated to attend at least two meetings with the DQA office per semester. These meetings are part of the coordinator/officer duty. One missing meeting for any reasons will be scored as -3 points.

6. The Quality assurance Faculty officers are obligated to be in a continuous contact with their Faculty Quality Assurance Officials.

ئەركەكانى بەرپرس/ ڕێكخەرى دڵنيايى جۆرى

١. لە گەڵ ئەو ئەركانەى كە باسكرا سەبارەت بە ڕێساكانى دلنياى جۆرى, ڕێكخەرى دڵنياى جۆرى بەش (ئەگەر هەبێت) دەبێت لە هەر وەرزێكدا بە لايەنى كەمەوە دوو سيمينار بۆ ستافى بەشەكە پێشكەش بكات سەبارەت بە ڕێسا نوێيەكان و پرۆسەى سيستەمى ئەليكترۆنى. ئەمە بەشێكە لە كارەكانى ڕێكخەرى بەش وە هيچ كام لە پێشكەشكار و بەشداربووان خاڵيان بۆ هەژمار ناكرێت. لە حاڵەتى پێشكەش نەكردنى سيمينارلە لايەن رێكخەرەكە ئەوا ڕێكخەرەكە -٣ خاڵى بۆ هەژمار ناكرێت. پێويستە سيمينارەكە لە رێگەى ئيمەيلێكى ڕەسميەوە ڕابگەيەنرێت بە بەرپرسى دڵنيليى جۆرى فاكەڵتى و بەڕێوەبەرايەتى دڵنيايي جۆرى.

٢. لە گەڵ ئەو ئەركانەى كە باسكرا سەبارەت بە ڕێساكانى دلنياى جۆرى, بەرپرسى و دڵنياى جۆرى فاكەڵتى دەبێت لە هەر وەرزێكدا بە لايەنى كەمەوە يەك سيمينار بۆ ستافى فاكەڵتيەكە سەبارەت بە ڕێسا و بڕیاره‌نوێيەكان و پرۆسەى سيستەمى ئەليكتر ونی پێشكەش بكات. ئەمە بەشێكە لە ئەركەكانى بەرپرسى دڵنياى جۆرى وە هيچ كام لە پێشكەشكار و بەشداربووان خاڵيان بۆ هەژمار ناكرێت. لە حاڵەتى پێشكەش نەكردنى سيمينارلە لايەن رێكخەرەكە ئەوا ڕێكخەرەكە -٦ خاڵى بۆ هەژمار ناكرێت.

٣. ستافە ئەكاديميەكە بەرپرسيارن لە وەرگرتنى نوێترين زانيارى و ڕێساى تازە لە رێگەى ئەو ميكانيزمەى كە لە خاڵەكانى پێشوو ئاماژەى پێدرا وە زانكۆ بەرپرس نيە لەوەى كە ستلفە ئەكاديميەكە زانيارى پێنەگەيشتبێت.

٤. بەرپرسى فاكەڵتى پێويستە ژوورى تايبەت بە خۆى هەبێت و ئامرازى سكانه‌ر و كۆپى كردنى تێدا دابين بكرێت. ستافه‌ ئاكاديمیه‌كان ئەتوانن ئەم ئامرازانە بەكار بێنن كاتێك بیانه‌وێت كە بڕوانامە یان بەڵگە پەسندكراوه‌كانبان بۆ سه‌ر ماڵپەڕەكانيان به‌رزبكه‌نه‌وه‌ .

٥. لە هەر وەرزێكدا, بەرپرس/ ڕێكخەرى دڵنيايى جۆرى لە سەرى پێويستە بە لايەنى كەمەوە بەشدارى دوو كۆبوونەوە لە گەڵ بەرێەوەبەرايەتى دڵنيايى جۆرى بكات. ئەم كۆبوونەوانە بەشێكن لە ئەركەكانى بەرپرس/ ڕێكخەرى دڵنيايى جۆرى . لە حاڵەتى ئامادە نەبوون لەم كۆبوونەوانەدا, ٣ خاڵى لێكەمدەكرێتەوە.
