The Keystone Oaks High School nursery school laboratory exists to support child development courses. The primary purpose is to provide an early childhood educational practicum for the high school student in a model setting. Second is the educational experience for the children through cognitive instruction and social interaction with the nursery school experience.
Our program runs once in the Fall from mid-September until winter break. There are two sessions available at different times in the Spring from mid-February until Memorial Day weekend.
To be eligible, children must be between the ages of 3 1/2 to 5 years old and not previously enrolled in Kindergarten. Children must also be potty trained. The maximum enrollment for the program is 16 children per session. The cost of the program is just $40 per child, which includes snacks and supplies. Children from all communities are welcome to enroll in the program but Keystone Oaks School District residents will have first priority.
