About Company

We are the first company in Korea that manufactures high vacuum cryopump and applies ultra-low temperature cooling technology using helium to high vacuum pump.

Cryo H&I is an abbreviation of Cryo Human and Industry, and the company was reborn to make contributions to mankind with cryogenic technology in 2020.

We currently produce high vacuum cryopumps, and we are Korea’s first company to incorporate cryogenic cooling with helium in high vacuum pumps.

Cryogenic technology is widely used in the semiconductor and display industry, as well as advanced industries including bio, environment and space energy fields. The technology is also becoming a key technology required in advanced technological research and development.

Vacuum cryopump technology using cryogenic technology is widely used in space environment testing and medical equipment, which require vacuum technology, but unfortunately, most of such equipment are procured from overseas.

Cryo H&I Co., Ltd. promises to do its best to become a global small giant that provides total solution of cryogenic technology representing Korea by continuously developing cryogenic technology and maximizing production capacity.

About Product

<LH2 Liquefier>

The LH2 Liquefier is the sys
tem that liquefies the hydeogen gas through the cryocooler.

It is possible to reduce the volume to 800 times smaller when the hydrogen gas is liquefied at 20K(-253 °C).
The cryocooler is the main item to use for re-liquefying of Boil-off gas.
LH2 liquefier is used for liquid hydrogen-related R&D field and storage systems.

<Cryocooler>

Cryocooler technology is one of the key technologies of cooler, and Gifford-McMahon cooling technology can be used to adjust the temperature down to cryogenic temperatures of 8K (-265 degrees)

Horizontal and Vertical types are available, and 900mm diameter unit can be built upon customer request

<Cryopump>

Cryo mean of extreme low temperatures, and it is a method of cooling gas molecules, to render loss of kinetic energy, freezing them in a pump, and removing them.

  • Moisture and the like are adsorbed in a baffle and cooling plate maintained at 80K, and argon, nitrogen and oxygen are adsorbed in the next 20K cooling plate.
    In activated carbon, gases such as hydrogen or helium that are not absorbed by the cooling plate are adsorbed and removed.
