김소윤 So Yoon Kim
Dr. So Yoon Kim (she/her/hers) is an Associate Professor in the Department of Education at Korea University. She earned her Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis in Special Education from Boston College. Her research focuses on stigma, inclusion, and diversity education, particularly in relation to autism and neurodiversity. Dr. Kim has authored over 40 peer-reviewed publications, including articles in Autism, Autism Research, Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders, and Autism in Adulthood, where she currently serves as Deputy Editor. She is also Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of the Korean Association for Persons with Autism. Her research has been funded by the National Research Foundation of Korea and other national agencies, supporting projects on inclusive education and metaverse-based autism stigma reduction training.

전아름 Arum Jeon
Dr. Ahrum Jeon is a Postdoctoral Research Scholar appointed at Korea University. She holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction from Boston College, where she also taught graduate and undergraduate courses in bilingualism, globalization, and digital literacies. Dr. Jeon is a qualitative researcher whose work centers the lived experiences and epistemic agency of displaced, migrant, and neurodiverse children and youth. Using ethnographic and discourse-analytic methods, she examines how young people navigate and resist dominant narratives as they negotiate identity, language, and belonging across classrooms, homes, and digital environments.
윤은호 Yoon, Wn-ho
Yoon, wn-ho (no pronoun) is a Postdoctoral Research Scholar appointed at Korea University. Yoon holds a PhD in the Cultural Management Program from Inha University, where Yoon also became the nation's first autistic professor in 2019. Yoon began studies on autistic traits in 2021 by speaking about the vaccination of autistic persons. Now, Yoon conducts studies on the life experiences of Korean autistics, which begin with adolescents. However, Yoon continues efforts by writing articles on semiotics, cultural content, and Japanese culture with the Institute for Japanese Studies, Incheon University. Now he works as the Lead of the special subcommittee on developmental disabilities of the Korean Society for Disability Studies.
권준헌 Joonheon Kwon
Joonheon Kwon is a doctoral student researcher in the IN Lab. He earned his M.A. in Special Education from the University of Texas at Austin. His research centers on Positive Behavior Support (PBS) and the development of inclusive, supportive systems for individuals with autism and other neurodivergent identities. Through his work, he aims to bridge research and practice to promote equitable educational environments, advance inclusive education, and foster meaningful engagement across diverse communities.
유인숙 In Suk Ryu
In Suk Ryu is a doctoral student researcher at the IN Lab at Korea University. She earned her M.Ed. in Special Education from the University of Texas at Austin with a focus on learning disabilities. Her current research centers on Individualized Behavioral Support and neurodiversity, aiming to bridge these two fields. Through her work, she seeks to incorporate the neurodiversity perspective and create meaningful, real-world change for individuals with developmental and autistic identities.
이다겸 Dakyeom Lee
Dakyeom Lee is a master’s student researcher in the IN Lab. She graduated from Duksung Women’s University with a B.A. in Psychology. Her research focuses on the social-emotional experiences of neurodivergent individuals and the importance of emotional support in their daily lives. She hopes to contribute to a society that acknowledges and respects differences among people.

Hanho Lee is an undergraduate student in the Department of Education at Korea University. He is particularly interested in autism and special education, focusing on inclusive practices and educational innovation.
박소희 Sohee Park
Sohee Park is a bachelor’s student researcher in the IN Lab. She hopes to contribute to a society where all youths can have dreams and hopes. She has an interest in education as a whole and continues her research.
이진영 Jin Yeong Lee
Jin Young Lee is interested in neurodiversity and autism. In particular, he is concerned with public understanding of neurodiversity such as autism.
임동혁 Donghyeok Lim
Donghyeok Lim is a bachelor’s student researcher in the IN Lab. He joined IN LAB after resonating with its focus on societal perceptions and experiences of minority identities, including neurodiversity. He seeks research experience across diverse fields while pursuing practical solutions for a more respectful society.
박세은 Se-eun Park
Se-eun Park is an undergraduate student researcher in the IN Lab. Her research interest is inclusive education, specifically on how the educational system can better accommodate the unique characteristics of each individual. She hopes to contribute to create a more personalized and effective educational environment for all members of society.
