IN LAB
Inclusion & Neurodiversity
Promoting a society where neurodivergent identities are valued, stigma is dismantled, and everyone has the support they need to thrive.
The IN (Inclusion & Neurodiversity) LAB explores how differences related to autism, neurodiversity, and other minoritized identities are perceived and shape individual experiences and broader societal dynamics. The lab is committed to reducing stigma, dismantling ableism, and fostering inclusive environments across education, employment, and society. Grounded in diversity-focused research, we use interdisciplinary, cross-cultural, and community-partnered approaches to reimagine inclusion, expand access to meaningful support, and promote empowerment within neurodivergent and other marginalized communities.
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals for positions as postdoctoral researchers, graduate students, and undergraduate interns. Our work spans interdisciplinary fields such as education, psychology, disability studies, and multicultural education. If you are eager to join our dynamic team, please contact Dr. So Yoon Kim at soyoonkim@korea.ac.kr
