Program Overview
Korea University Dr. Lee Jong-wook Fellowship (KU-LJW) Program aims to achieve the following three objectives by inviting trainees from eight countries—Cambodia, Ethiopia, Laos, Mongolia, Tanzania, Uganda, Uzbekistan, Vietnam—and providing master's degree programs in basic medical sciences, medical education, and nursing:
Develop the educational and research expertise needed urgently in each country’s healthcare sector.
Apply the developed expertise in their home countries to contribute to the improvement of healthcare standards.
Establish sustainable partnerships with partner countries to foster continuous innovation and quality enhancement in their healthcare systems.
