KooBits Parent App 101

A KooBits Parent account is required to enjoy the full features in the KooBits Parent app.

Besides the child's own learning progress, the Parent app also presents the national average data of topics and skills for parents to benchmark against peers.

The National Average data is calculated as the average number of the last cohort. For example, the National Average of P1 Whole Numbers topic skill mastery is the total skill mastery of all P1 students from the previous year divided by number of students.

Strongest

A topic is listed as a strong topic when your child practiced enough questions from the topic, and had achieved Mastery Status for 90% of the skills.

Weakest

A topic is listed as a weak topic when your child had practiced enough questions from the topic but 30% of the skills had fell below the 50% proficiency mark.

To save your mobile data and battery life, the Parent app does not continuously refresh in the background.

If you find any data in the app appearing to be not up to date, you can use the pull-to-refresh gesture to retrieve the latest data from our server.
