Learning Plans 101

Do you have a free trial?

As of the moment, we do not offer free trials for our learning plans.

However, fret not! You can preview how KooBits work under the 'Preview of KooBits' tab.

Can I pay on a monthly basis or for a couple of months only?

Unfortunately, only annual billing is accepted at the moment.

If you are still unsure, you can head on to the 'Preview of KooBits' tab to preview how KooBits function before you make a long-term investment decision for your child’s education.

If your concern is due to your child's school year nearing the end of the academic year, not to worry! Your KooBits subscription will last one whole year from the date of your payment. Meaning to say, your child’s account will be automatically or manually upgraded to a new level when the new school year starts, and will last until the end of the one year period.

Will my child be able to access all levels of content?

Yes, your child’s account has unlimited access to any questions across Grade 1 to 6 primary levels under the Mission module.

Additionally, the default level can be used used to personalize your child’s daily experience under the Challenge module.

When can I start using after payment?

After successful payment, you’ll receive immediate confirmation. Account details for you and your child will be sent to your registered email separately within one working day;

What is KooBits' refund policy?

In order to minimize unnecessary administrative costs, we generally advise against applying for a refund.

Each refund request will be subjected to management approval and a 25% cancellation fee.

(10% for payment processing gateway, 10% for finance admin charges, and 5% for account and service charges).

If you’re not satisfied with KooBits products after you have paid, you can always contact our dedicated service team anytime via email, live chat, Messenger, WhatsApp, or even request a callback.

Please kindly contact us at support@koobits.com directly if the payment is a fraud case (e.g. stolen card or any card misuse).

Difference between School plan and Individual learning plans

KooBits's individual plans differ from the school learning plan in 3 primary areas:

  1. Keeping track of your child's learning data via the KooBits Parent App™

  • Gain access to your child's learning data in areas such as learning activities, strengths, weakness as well as cohort bench-marking via the app.

  • Learn more about the parent app here: https://www.koobits.com/parent/app

  1. Unlimited access to KooBits's question bank

  • School accounts will provide your child with only standardized content. However, an undifferentiated learning experience may not be the best for your child's learning.

  • With individual learning plans, your child can gain unlimited access to exclusive high quality questions with step-by-step solutions and video tutorials to address your child's learning needs.

  1. Attend regular workshops organized by KooBits

  • Your child's teachers may not have sufficient time to implement all the best practices of KooBits in school.

  • Hence, to supplement the schools' effort, KooBits regularly holds workshops - offering tips and guides on maximizing the benefits KooBits has to offer.
