Make sure your password has been typed correctly!

• Check your spelling* and make sure there are no extra spaces added before or after. You can select the 'Show' option beside the password field to see what you have typed.

*The spelling is NOT case-sensitive. Either lowercase or uppercase will work just fine!

Can't remember your current password?

1. The default password is usually the same as the login ID.

• Forgot your login ID? Click here to refer to the default login ID format for schools in Singapore, Philippines, and Indonesia

2. Click 'Forgot Password?' link below the password field to:

• recall password with hint; or

• reset password via email;

3. Request for a Manual Password Reset

Option A:

• Contact school teacher to reset your password in teacher's KooBits account; or

Option B:

• Email to: support@koobits.com

• Email Subject: 'KooBits Password Reset'

• Email Content: Login ID, User's Full Name, Country, School and Class

Option C:

• Submit a request with 'KooBits Password Reset' as subject at: https://support.koobits.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new.

• Estimated Processing Time: 1 to 3 working day

Login ID is invalid?

• Check your spelling* and make sure no extra spaces before or after.

*NOT case-sensitive. Either lowercase or uppercase is ok;

• Confirm you’re on correct KooBits ProblemSums Login Page, which should be shown as https://problemsums.koobits.com on your browser's address bar;

• Forgot your Login ID? You should Check Login ID Format (Singapore school only);

• Your Login ID this year might be different from previous year, so please Check Login ID Format (Singapore school only);

• Do you have a valid KooBits account this year?

For Schools in Singapore

Default Login ID is usually related to student's Birth Certificate (BC) number.

Option A:

For Schools in the Philippines

Default Login ID is usually in this format: school code + firstname + lastname

For example: Assumption College San Lorenzo's school code is: acsl; MGC New Life Christian Academy's code is: mgc should be: acslmarydelacruz / mgcmarydelacruz

For Schools in Indonesia

Default Login ID is usually in this format: school code + firstname + initial of lastname

For example: Jakarta Nanyang School's school code is: jny; Global Sevilla School's code is: gspm; Penabur SDK 4 is sdk4 should be: jnymaryd / gspmmaryd / sdk4maryd

From the Dashboard, you will see your profile picture icon on the top right corner of the page.

Click on your profile icon, then click on Change Password when the drop-down bar appears.

* For security reasons, we recommend the new password should be a combination of letters, numbers and special characters.

Choose between the pictures from KooBits or upload your own photo!

To upload your own photo, click on 'Choose File' , then click upload.
