EVENT RULES AND DESCRIPTION
A team can consist of a maximum of 3 members. One registration per team is sufficient.
Payment by every team member is mandatory for the review of your abstract.
The time duration for each project presentation is 5 minutes, followed by 2 minutes of discussion with the jury.
Participants must present their project using a printed poster. PowerPoint presentations are not allowed.
Poster should be A3 size.
Any equipment, design, working model, or product related to the project must be displayed during the presentation.
Registration payment is mandatory. No spot registrations will be allowed.
To present more than one project, participants must register again through the same Google Form.
The decision of the jury will be final.
Shortlisted teams will receive a confirmation mail to their registered email IDs.
