Psychology helps students to understand the physiological and psychological basis for human behavior. Students explore the differences between theory and facts that cannot be proven scientifically, in the context of human behavior. This course also focuses on examining research methods in psychology, exploring different learning theories, and understanding aspects of behavior disorders. This course is fast-paced, with weekly quizzes and discussions. This course is geared toward the college preparatory student. Projects in which students are asked to reflect understanding of unit content are required of all students in this self-discovery course.The course will also be a blended-learning environment where Google Classroom will be utilized
