Literacy in the Classroom

Welcome to reading! Literacy plays such a huge role in our world. At it's root, it is all things reading and writing. In our platooning team, I am so excited to be able to focus on literacy and it is my goal during the school year to help your child strengthen their reading and writing skills and help them find a love and curiosity for reading.

We use many different resources in the classroom throughout the year to help with our learning. These tools provide many levels of learning and support, ranging from intervention to enrichment activities. The students should be familiar with how these tools work and how they can log in to the online resources through their Clever account.
