Help! My key card isn't working!
Are you using the correct door? (see above image)
Do you have unpaid invoices that need to be taken care of? (your key card is deactivated if your membership dues fall behind)
If neither of these apply to your situation, email the Fitness Center Coordinator to problem solve together
I just registered, now what?
Within two business days, you should receive an email from the Fitness Center Coordinator with your next steps. If you do not receive an email within two business days, please initiate contact.
I have a student membership and I'd like to pause my membership when I return to my college campus, how do I do that?
Email the Fitness Center Coordinator with your request
Within five business days you can expect the following to happen:
Your key card will be deactivated
Your monthly payments will be stopped
You will receive a response from the Fitness Center Coordinator informing you that these two things have been completed
There is no cancellation/hold fee associated with a student membership, however if your cancellation email is received less than five business days prior to your scheduled monthly payment date, you can expect that payment to process on schedule and will not be refunded. Payments made prior to your cancellation email will also not be refunded.
KEEP your key card in a safe place if you'd like to use your membership for winter break, spring break, and/or next summer.
