Tryout Materials

Tryout Materials for the 2025-2026 season have been POSTED!

It is not required that your child learn the tryout material prior to Tryout Clinics Day 1--Materials will be taught and reviewed by the choreographer throughout the clinic days at tryouts.

Order of Tryout:

1. Athletes will individually walk in and up the side of the court. 

2. Athletes have the option to either spirit out to the middle of the floor or tumble out on the mat, spiriting after they land. 

3. Athlete will be asked to do standing tumbling (if they would like to)

4. Athlete will be asked to do a toe touch. Spirit after landing.

5. Athlete will be asked to do a hurdler (either side). Spirit after landing.

6. Athlete will be asked to do a jump of choice. Spirit after landing.

7. Athlete will be asked to do their cheer. Spirit after holding last motion.

8. Athlete will spirit back to the side of the court and exit the gym to wait for the rest of their tryout group to go through the above steps. 

9. The tryout group will then enter the gym and walk/spirit to the middle of the court--in front of the mat.

10. The tryout group will be asked to do their chant. Spirit after holding last motion.

11. The tryout group will be asked to do their dance. Spirit after holding last motion.

12. This will conclude tryouts for that group. They will spirit out and exit the gym.

13. Immediately upon finishing their tryout, athletes will be picked up by their parents.
