All families interested in trying out for the 25-26 cheer team will need to view the Interest Meeting Slides (linked below) AND complete the Google Form to indicate that you have reviewed and understand the information. If you have questions, there is an area for you to ask those on the Google Form and Coach Alberts will email you directly to help clear up any confusion.

Medical forms from cheer application packet (1).pdfA medical pre-participation physical exam must be completed and turned in to Coach Alberts no later than March 28th, 2025.
If your child has already had a pre-participation physical completed for another spring sport, a copy of that physical will need to be turned in with tryout paperwork.
*Physicals must be dated on or after April 15, 2024 to attend the 2025-2026 Cheer Tryouts

Required items to turn in with application include:
$40 tryout fee (cash or check payable to WVMS)
Printed copy of most recent grades

Parent Agreement form for Cheerleading Tryouts 2-28-2020.pdfThe KCS Parent Agreement Form must be completed and turned in prior to the first day of tryout clinics.
