The following fundraisers are done throughout the year to help fund the band program. These fundraisers pay for instruments, instrument repairs, sheet music, sectional teachers, transportation fees, performance fees, technology, and any other music needs that we will have.
Rock-A-Thon- This usually happens on a Friday evening in the fall. The students get sponsors and rock for 4 hours. The students must meet criteria to participate. The students can rock video games, music, and movies. Mr. Hero will ask for drinks and snacks to be donated for the night. He will also ask to borrow gaming systems, tv, and other items needed to make it a really fun night for our students. See below for paperwork that went home Monday.

Coupon books- in the spring we sell Save Around Coupon books. The funds are used for the same things listed above. Go the link below for our sale.

Snap Raise- This is an online fundraiser and is done via email, social media, and texting. This is a big one for us and is typically our largest profiting event.
Pancake breakfasts- These are to allow students to raise funds to keep keep the cost of their trip as low as possible.
Other fundraiser will happen throughout the year as needed. Some of these MAY be for students to raise funds for their own field trip. The band usually takes an overnight field trip every year. We have been to Chicago, Universal, and Disney.
Parents that donate $100 will not be asked to help raise funds for the band this year.
