Makerspace

What is a makerspace? It is an area in our library where students go to create, invent, collaborate, problem solve and tinker with things. They might be using technology to code or to do a digital breakout or they might be physically making something with their hands. Makerspaces help students tap into their creative potential and allow them an outlet to try some areas like engineering, circuitry, crafting, coding, they may want to explore. We now have three sections of an actual Makerspace class where students can do all of these things!
