Conveyor Station with Material Inflow and Outflow
Course Project of Programming , Integration of Automation Systems
Developed a virtual manufacturing system simulating a conveyor belt with material inflow and outflow. The system integrates sensors, programming logic, and simulation tools to automate industrial processes. A wireless Human-Machine Interface (HMI) was implemented on an Android system for real-time, remote control of the process.
Factory I/O Software: Simulated realistic conveyor system operations.
LOGO Software: Designed ladder logic for automation.
CODESYS: Programmed and integrated wireless HMI functionalities.
Wireless HMI: Developed a mobile interface for controlling the system remotely via Android.
Sensors and Counters: Automated material flow and reset upon reaching predefined limits.
Designed and simulated a fully functional conveyor system with automated operations.
Successfully developed a wireless Android HMI for real-time control and monitoring.
Integrated mobile technology for enhanced user convenience and operational flexibility.
Delivered automation logic with industrial-grade precision and reliability.
Verified ladder logic for precise control and error-free conveyor operations.
Tested wireless HMI for seamless connectivity and control responsiveness.
Simulated and validated the entire system in Factory I/O to ensure operational consistency and robustness.
Ideal for training in industrial automation systems.
Suitable for real-world deployment in factories with wireless HMI integration.
Expandable for more complex systems with IoT connectivity and predictive analytics.
Automation Excellence: Created a scalable and practical industrial automation model.
Wireless Innovation: Enabled remote process control through Android, improving usability and mobility.
Enhanced Learning: Gained hands-on experience with PLCs, HMI development, and industrial simulation.
