DC MOTOR SELECTION
Torque=F*r where,f=force; r=radius
f=umg u=coffi of friction; m=mass; g=accln due to gravity;
volume of sheet = 12cm^3
density= 10185gm/cm^3
mass=densityvolume=1.185
total mass=mass of the sheet + mass of motor+ mass of others
total mass= 0.19kg
f=mg= 0.91*9.8=8.928N
torque= 0.9*17=13.5kg/cm
2dc motor of 3.5rpm which hold kg/cm torque each to run slider we need 300rpm motor which requires less torque and more speed.
ADAPTER SIZING
DC MOTOR 1= 3.5rpm
DC MOTOR 2= 3.5rpm
DC MOTOR 3= 300rpm
current through 3.5 RMP DC motor is 70mA
current through 300 RMP DC motor is 300mA
For all three motors by combining current we get almost 400mA of current so we need 12v Adapter
