VTU Single Zone Taekwondo (Women) Competition 2017 - 2018

Two students from our college had participated in the VTU Single Zone Taekwondo (Women) Competition 2017- 2018 held at Vemana Institute of Technology, Koramangala, Bangalore. On 9^th to 10^th October 2017. Sahana 3^rd Semester Electronics & Communication Engineering Studend Secured 2^nd place & Varsha C. 5^th Semester Computer Science Engineering Student Secured 3^rd Place. Under the able guidance of Principal Sir and Physical Education Director.

University Blue All India Inter University Netball (Women)

Shreya A. Bengeri of 5^th Semester Electronics & Communication Engineering student represented for the First time Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi University Blue in Netball (Women) in All India Inter University 2018 to be held at Mangalore University, Mangalore from 24^th to 27^th February 2018

20^th VTU Inter Collegiate Athletic Meet 2017

Nine students from our college had participated in the 20^th VTU Inter Collegiate Athletic Meet 2017. Held at Visvesvaraya Technological University “Jnana Sangama” Belagavi from 3^rd to 6^th November 2017 with their stunning and skills performed by these students our college 4 X 400 Relay team reached Semi Finals participants are Gulappa I. Radder of 3^rd sem Mechanical, Amit Uppin of 5^th Sem Civil, Saqib N. Talewad of 5^th Sem Mechanical, Vinay Pattanshetty of 7^th Sem Civil, and Gulappa I. Radder of 3^rd Sem Mechanical qualified for Quarter Finals in 400 meter run, and Saqib N. Talewad of 5^th Sem Mechanical finished 400 meter run 5^th place & Long Jump with 8^th place, and Sujay P. Chandekar of 3^rd Sem ECE qualified for Semi Finals in 1,500 meter run, and Vivek S. Patel of 7^th Sem Mechanical completed with 8^th place in Shotput, and Preeti V. Jatti of 7^th Sem Mechanical finished Javelin Throw 6^th place, and Chaitra V. Anuru of 5^th Sem EEE finished Discus Throw 5^th place, and Sahana of 3^rd Sem ECE qualified for Semi Finals in 800 meter run. Ten students from our college had participated in the VTU Inter Collegiate Rest of Bangalore Zone, Inter Zone & Selection trails for Netball (Men) Tournament 2017 held at Global Academy of Technology, Bangalore from 27^th to 29^th October 2017 with their stunning and skills performed by this students our college reached Pre-Quarter finals in the tournament.

Twelve students from our college had participated in the VTU Belgaum Zone, Inter Collegiate Throwball (Women) Tournament 2017 held at Vishwanathrao Desphande Rural Institute of Technology, Haliyal. On 6^th & 7^th October 2017 with their stunning and skills performed by these students our college secured 2^nd place in the tournament.

Four students from our college had participated in the VTU Inter Zone & Selection trails for Lawn Tennis (Men) Tournament 2017 held at Vidya Vardhaka College of Engineering, Mysore from 12^th & 14^th September 2017 with their stunning and skills performed by this students our college secured 2^nd place in the tournament. In this tournament from our college Evans Mirajkar of 7^th Sem BE (Mechanical) got selected for Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi.
