Parent Volunteers

If you are an Ulrich Orchestra parent and you are looking to be more involved in the Ulrich Orchestra Program, we'd love to have you! All prospective volunteers must follow the steps below to be a Klein ISD Approved Volunteer:

1. Sign up as a new volunteer in the CERVIS Volunteer Management System. Follow the link to the management system here.

2. Complete and submit your Criminal Background Check. Follow the link to the background check here.

Please note:

• Both steps must be completed before you may volunteer.

• If you do not see a “thank you” screen after submitting your background check, it DID NOT go through. Please try another computer or go up to the school and use one of their computers.

• Background checks could take up to three weeks. Please check with your campus volunteer coordinator if you have not received notification prior to the three week time period.
