June 12 - Schoology Academic Courses will archive
June 26 - Digital Resources access for students will end
July 1 - Schoology Campus Courses (All Klein Oak, Class of 2026, etc.) will archive
Graduating Seniors will lose access to their GMail and Google Drive files once they are indicated as "Graduated" in Skyward (usually 1-2 days after the last day of school).
Eduphoria access for students will remain open all summer.
Returning students will have access to Schoology Groups over the summer.
Staff leaving the district will lose access to EVERYTHING on last day of their contract. If you are a retire/rehire staff member, please let IT know.
All SpED Aides will return their devices prior to the end of their work schedule. More information will be coming out regarding this.
All teachers/administrators will take their laptops and iPads home with them for the summer.
Any teacher/administrator who is going to a different campus from their current campus will take their laptop and iPad with them to their new campus.
Any teacher/administrator who is leaving KISD should return their laptop and iPad to their administrator.
