LSC DC Enrollment Steps

1.  Apply to Lone Star College  (click here)

2. Access your Lone Star ID#  - after you apply, you will receive an acceptance email in 48-72 hours.  Your 7 digit LSC ID will be provided in this email.

3. Submit Testing - email a PDF of your score report to Mrs. James - mjames1@kleinisd.net

If you do not have a qualifying score yet, please plan to take the TSIA2 either at Klein Collins or plan to test a the LSC Assessment center.  

(Get a testing voucher from Mrs. James)

4. Access my.lonestar.edu (Your Student Homepage) 

    Go to my.LoneStar.edu and click on "Forgot Password"

    Use the LSC ID number and answer the questions to create your password. 

        Once a password is created you will be able to access your student account.

5. Complete LSC Dual Credit Paper Registration Form - from Mrs. James in the counseling office

   **Any Dual Credit course taken online or at the Lone Star campus will be awarded a letter grade which converts to the following numeric scale:

    A = 95

    B= 85

    C= 77

    D= 72

    F= 60

 6. Making Payment for your Classes  (Click here for full directions) 

***Students on Free/Reduced lunch program at KCHS do not have to pay

• Sign into your my.LoneStar.edu account

• Click "Student" then click "Financial Account"

• To the left of the screen, click "Make Payments"

• Towards the center of the screen will be a green "Make Payment" button. Click that button and follow the steps to submit your payment
