2022-23 Exchange Days

Exchange days for next school year are May 31 and June 1.

All teachers and instructional professionals need to submit an Exchange Day form by September 6, 2022.

2022-23 Duty Calendars for ALL Staff

All duty calendars are published for next year. Please click here to find your duty calendar and see when your first official duty day is. The 2022-23 duty calendar does not have Exchange Days for paraprofessional staff. Therefore, there is no need to try and earn time for Exchange Days.

2022-23 Professional Development Days

(these are contract/work days, not exchange days)

The calendar for 2022-23 provides additional professional development days and planning time during the year. These days are critical for long range planning and professional development. As you plan for the year, please make attendance on these days a top priority:

2022-23 Student Clubs and/or Activities

We are excited to have the opportunity to offer a variety of before/after school activities for students next year. Please take (approximately) 60 seconds to complete this form if you are interested in supporting and/or supervising a clubs and/or activity. Your submission of the form does not require a commitment, but rather, gauge your interest.

Question: What is the process for materials that need to be destroyed?

(this includes learning assessments, STAAR Sim, DRA's/Running Records, and copies of 504 and SPED documentation)

Please remember the following:

• All records for shredding must be in boxes no larger than a paper box

• All boxes must be taped shut with a proper lid or closure

• We have a few boxes available. First come, first served. Please see Mrs. Octavia.

• Every box must have the Destruction Certificate taped to the box and initialed off by admin

• After admin initials, all boxes must be placed in main hallway by the blue cabinets (near staff parking lot) with the certificate visible.

It is extremely important that you do not add boxes to the total. Drivers will only pick up the same number of boxes that have been submitted and approved for pick-up.
