Last week of school: We will not have a double specials blocks during the last week of school. A modified PEAMs schedule will be shared for the last week of school.
Our calendar this year (2022-2023) includes one professional development day after the last day of school in addition to the two Exchange Days (May 31 & June 1). Please see the schedule below:
Tuesday, May 30
The focus of May 30 is closing out all EOY procedures, including time to work in your classrooms. We will have a Faculty Meeting at 1:00pm in the cafeteria.
An administrator will speak with you by Friday, 5/26, IF your room is changing for 2023-24. It is the expectation that you do not begin moving your personal items until after Friday, May 26. The only technology that moves with the teacher are the following: teacher-issued laptop, docking station, and chargers. Please work together to ensure a smooth transition.
All teachers and instructional professionals
Exchange Day sessions must be pre-approved by campus administration. Please complete this form as part of your EOY check-out. It is due by Monday, May 22, 2023. Exchange Day credit will only be awarded for professional learning completed during off-contract time. All designated staff may complete a minimum of twelve (12) professional development hours in exchange for not working on May 30 and May 31, 2024.
Students were assigned two different identification cards this year: (a) a "smart" tag used for the bus which is zip-tied to the students' backpack, and (b) an "extra" card on a lanyard which is used for lunch. Smart tags will be collected the last day of school. Members of our team will come around from classroom to classroom to collect and alphabetize the tags the last week of school to ensure that they are prepared for the 2023-24 school year.
We will open the building (pending the completion of summer cleaning) on Monday, July 17. Please see the overview dates below. The detailed Back-to-School Google Page will go live on the HUB Monday, July 24.
Monday, July 17: School is open (building open from 8am-4pm, Monday-Thursday beginning on 7/17)

We have a few boxes available. First come, first served. Please see Mrs. Octavia.
Every box must have the Destruction Certificate taped to the box and initialed off by admin
After admin initials, all boxes must be placed in main hallway by the blue cabinets (near staff parking lot) with the certificate visible.
