*Official transcripts are sent via Texas Records Exchange (TREx) or via USPS mail if the institution does not participate in TREx . *All  private institutions and out of state college transcripts are sent via USPS mail.  ($2.00)

*During the school year, transcripts will be sent within five business days of receipt of payment of this form, not including weekends or holidays 
*During summer, transcripts will be sent weekly.
*Unfortunately, we are unable to provide same-day service for transcripts.
*Complete a separate form for each school/scholarship to which you are sending a transcript.
