Building relationship with my colleagues is a top priority for me. I have strated campus wide initiatives for studnets to be exposed to vocabulary. I have coached teachers to scaffold and level up lessons for their students and inspired them to lead task forces on thier campuses. With the team, we have looked at campus data and celebrated progress and provided PD to work on areas of improvement on campuses. Ensuring ALL students have access to high quality learning is a priority for me so all students have a chance to the best education possible at our district.

I am proud of the summer school program I started at a campus by distributing leadership and empowering others. This was a successful program and then we had a district wide initiative for immigrant students. These processes create teacher leaders in many ways by displaying a sense of possibility and hope for all.
