In April 2007, I made a shift into executive search in London, leaving behind a graduate sales career at global beverage giant Diageo. Diageo was a fantastic springboard, but I was chasing something deeper: genuine purpose.

I wanted to do more than hit sales targets. I wanted to connect talented people with ambitious leaders. There's something very fulfilling about seeing people do well.  

Almost two decades later, that spark continues in me. Building high-performing teams around purpose-driven missions remains the most rewarding work I do. There is nothing quite like watching great people tackle big challenges and succeed together.
