We aim to attract the brightest and best students to HELP International School. That’s why we offer a wide range of awards and a very generous fee waiver scheme to support Sixth Form students through their studies.
Fee Waiver for Continuing HELP International School Students
Building on a foundation of excellent and consistent achievement, all students who have completed their IGCSE programme (Year 11) at HELP International School will receive an automatic 35% fee waiver on their tuition fees.
The HELP International School Sixth Form - The Founders' Awards
The Founders' Distinguished Scholar Award and the Founders' Award of Excellence offer up to 100% fee waiver to outstanding students as they embark on the Sixth Form Programme. These Awards recognise deserving students who have shown an attitude of dedication and resilience with achievements across different fields of the HELP International School Masteries, including intellectual, creative, social and leadership.

Fee waiver for Continuing HELP International School Students only

For HELP International School current students:

To be considered for The Founder's Award, candidates must first secure admission to the HIS Sixth Form.
The general criteria for Founder's Award eligibility include:
excellent academic records;
active participation in extracurricular activities;
excellent communication and organisation skills;
a demonstration of creative and innovative perspectives to problem-solving; and
great leadership potential.

APPLICATION PROCESS:
In order for the Awards Committee to make a comprehensive and well informed decision, we would require you to share with us all your accomplishments and complete all sections of the Application Form. Once we have reviewed your application and identified you as a potential candidate, we will invite you complete the following steps:
Cognitive Abilities Test (CAT4)
The Cognitive Abilities Test (CAT4) by GL Assessments is a widely used measure of cognitive potential. If you have taken the CAT4 within the last 24 months, you may submit those results. If you have not, or if you wish to retake it, please indicate this in Section D of your application form. (Note: Current HIS Year 11 students already have recent results on file. The test fee is RM120 per student per test.)
Founder’s Award Challenge
Date: 8th February 2025
Attendance at the Founder’s Award Challenge is mandatory for all shortlisted applicants and will be a significant factor in the final decision.

Supporting Documents
Please bring the following documents in hard copy to the Founder’s Award Challenge on 8th February 2025 for validation of the information submitted in your application. Originals, color, or certified copies are not required.
Academic Records
Copies of Years 10 and 11 academic reports and any IGCSE or other certificates.
Extracurricular Achievements
Copies of certificates, recommendation letters, and references for extracurricular (ECA) and co-curricular (CCA) activities, showcasing your involvement beyond academics.
Note: Both the Founder's Distinguished Scholar Award and the Founder's Award of Excellence applicants are required to complete the same application form attached below.
