Ringkasan yang jelas mengenai tujuan projek, metodologi yang digunakan, hasil utama, dan kesimpulan. Abstrak ini perlu memberikan gambaran keseluruhan mengenai projek secara ringkas namun menyeluruh.

ii.     Pengenalan

• Pernyataan Masalah – Nyatakan masalah atau cabaran yang ingin   diselesaikan melalui projek ini.

• Objektif – Jelaskan tujuan utama dan matlamat projek.

iii.    Bahan dan Kaedah

• Bahan – Senaraikan bahan yang digunakan dalam projek.

• Ciri-ciri Inovasi – Terangkan elemen inovatif dalam projek ini.

• Cara Operasi / Pengendalian – Jelaskan langkah-langkah yang diambil untuk melaksanakan projek ini.

• Gambaran Inovasi / Konseptual – Sertakan ilustrasi atau gambaran visual yang menunjukkan konsep dan inovasi yang dihasilkan.

iv.   Keputusan dan Perbincangan

• Perbezaan Sebelum dan Selepas – Analisis perubahan yang dicapai selepas pelaksanaan projek ini.

• Impak Inovasi – Jelaskan kesan atau manfaat yang diperoleh daripada inovasi yang dicadangkan.

v.    Kesimpulan dan Cadangan Penambahbaikan
