Each poster must follow the following specifications:

• Each participation MUST submit ONE (1) poster.

• The poster must be of A3 size and in the PDF format.

• The Innovation Poster must include the following mandatory sections:

a. Title of Innovation Product/ Project

b. Group Members/Affiliations

c. Introduction/Problem Statement

d. Objective

e. Innovation Product/ Project Impact

f. Uses and Applications

g. Novelty and Inventiveness

h. Implementation Level

i. Commercial Potential/ Commercialisation/ Publishing Status

• The background design of the poster is based on the template given.

• Each entry MUST submit ONE (1) video related to the innovation product/ project.

• The videos should be between 3 to 5 minutes in length.

• The innovation videos can be produced in English or Malay (with English subtitles).

• The innovation videos must be uploaded in YouTube channel and only the YouTube link will be submitted in the Innovation Video Submission Form. Please refer to the Video Submission Guideline on how to submit the video link in IBIEC 2025 website.

• The Innovation video must include the following mandatory sections:

a. A recording session of group members’ presentation on innovative product/project.

b. The content of the presentation is relevant to the content of the innovation poster.

c. The demonstration session that presents product / project innovation features and methods of applying product / project innovation.

• The performance of the video is based on the creativity of participants.

Only the top 5 groups from each competition category will be eligible to compete in the IBIEC 2025 finals.

• Build a synchronized virtual presentation through Microsoft Teams.

• Groups must always be prepared online.

• The duration of the presentation for each group is 15 minutes and for the question-and-answer session is 10 minutes.

• Pre-recorded presentation video is NOT allowed for pitching session unless a group member wish to shows the project feature video during presentation.

• Provide slides of the innovation presentation in Microsoft Power Point format.

• The innovation product must be original and is not an adaptation of any existing ideas or systems.

• The innovative product must have a safety design and features.

• Explain the functions and benefits of the innovation product effectively.

• Explain the level of implementation and marketability of the innovation product.

• Participants who fail to be present during the session will be disqualified from the final round.
