I currently take UHC insurance. For OON, I charge $100 for individual sessions. I am able to provide a superbill for potential reimbursement if your plan allows. Additionally, I provide sliding scale services on a case-by-case basis and am a registered VCAP provider.

I require 24 business hours notice for cancellations. My office is closed on weekends and holidays. If not, you will be charged for the full fee of session.

The length of time varies greatly between clients and is dependent on what issues they are working through and how long they’d like to spend in therapy. My goal is to get you to a place where you are stable, empowered, and consistently applying tools to maintain your freedom.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes, intakes are 60 minutes.
