I am here to help you wade through the muck.
Some of us need more of a body-based approach, some of us need practical skills to get through the day, some of us don’t know exactly what we need.
I am a firm believer that healing is individualized, but happens in community. I will help you explore the impacts of the systems that inform you, disassemble worn-out patterns that no longer serve you, and develop relationships and communities that empower you to be your full, authentic self.
For me, moments of levity and joy are an essential counterbalance to all of the darkness we experience. As a member of the queer community, I am passionate about establishing therapeutic spaces that are LGBTQIA+/gender affirming and welcoming of BIPOC, poly/non-monogamous folks, and sex workers.
ACT is an evidence-based approach that addresses sticky thoughts and distressing emotions. Instead of trying to eliminate discomfort, ACT teaches you to accept what’s out of your control and commit to actions that align with your deepest values. Through mindfulness, self-compassion, and purposeful behavior change, ACT empowers you to live a fuller, more meaningful life.
DBT is a structured, skills-based approach designed to help individuals manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and build a life worth living. Rooted in both acceptance and change, DBT combines mindfulness with practical tools for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and effective communication. Originally developed for people struggling with chronic emotional challenges, DBT is now widely used to support anyone seeking greater emotional stability, resilience, and balance.
Often referred to as "inner-child work," IFS is an evidence-based approach that views the self as made up of distinct “parts”—each with its own emotions, beliefs, and roles—and a core Self that is calm, compassionate, and capable of leading. By building relationships with these inner parts, IFS helps restore balance, reduce inner conflict, and promote deep emotional healing.
SE is a body-oriented approach to healing trauma and chronic stress. Rather than focusing solely on thoughts or memories, SE helps you gently reconnect with your body’s natural ability to regulate and heal. By tuning into physical sensations and releasing stored tension, SE supports nervous system balance, resilience, and a renewed sense of safety. This approach is especially effective for those who have experienced overwhelming events and want to feel more grounded, present, and alive in their bodies.
