1. 制定及執行學校之教務行政事宜，促進學與教及學生成長支援效能。
   To formulate and implement academic administrative policies that enhance the effectiveness of learning, teaching, and student growth support. 

2. 根據現行教育發展及學生的實際需要，致力改善各項有關資訊科技教學的政策及設備，以提昇學與教的效能。
   To continuously improve Information Technology policies and facilities in alignment with current educational trends and student needs, thereby boosting instructional effectiveness. 

3. 利用教育局學校行政管理系統和不同系統的數據，促進校內外的資訊交流，並提昇學與教效能。
   To leverage the EDB’s WebSAMS and various data systems to facilitate information exchange both within and outside the school, further optimizing learning and teaching outcomes. 

1. 協助跨科組利用創設多媒體展示平台推行跨科專題研習，提升學生溝通和自學的能力。
   Assisting various departments in utilizing multimedia exhibition platforms to implement cross-curricular Project-Based Learning (PBL), enhancing students’ communication and self-directed learning skills. 

2. 提供多元評估，促進學生學習。
   Providing varied assessment methods to facilitate and promote student learning. 

3. 豐富學生的經歷，表揚學生的良好表現及展示學習成果。
   Broadening student experiences while recognizing outstanding performance and showcasing learning outcomes. 

4. 妥善安排教學事宜及促進教師專業發展。
   Systematically managing teaching affairs and promoting continuous professional development for teachers. 

5. 推動資訊科技發展及有效處理行政事務。
   Driving Information Technology development and handling administrative tasks effectively. 

6. 協助各科組運用人工智能於教學及行政。
   Assisting departments in integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into teaching, learning, and administration.
