DO NOT do any of the following:
Write on the display with ANYTHING other than the tools on the pen tray or your finger
Clean with anything other than a microfiber cloth
Spray ANYTHING (liquid, cleaners, etc) on the display
Throw anything at the display
Write with Sharpie/Dry Erase marker on the display
Put stickers on the display
Apply ridiculous amounts of pressure to the display
Doing any of the above will result in a damaged display.
Your SMART Display will be able to run with or without a computer. Using a computer is recommended, however you will be able to sign in to your display and access all of your files, as well as any website with the built-in web browser. This will be covered more in-depth in the "IQ Basics" section.
The SMART Display has 40 touch points - meaning you can use both pens on the display at once (group activities). You can also use more than one finger on the display for things like pinch to zoom.
If any of your SMART Pens / Erasers become damaged (tip bent, broken, etc) do NOT use the pen and put a technology services ticket in immediately. Damaged pens will break the display.
