About Mr. Rapp:

I originally hail from Lake Mark, FL (Orlando) but I came to Texas as quickly as I could. I have been  married to my beautiful wife for 14 years. We have 5 children: Judah, Claire, Reagan, Jialing and Alice. I am active in  Joy ministries (Special Education Sunday School) at my church.

My professional experience includes experience as a math resource teacher, special education inclusion support, special education case manager and life skills. I have experience in grades 6-8 and high school. I graduated from Lee University with my undergraduate degree ('03) and completed a Master's Degree in Special Education with Lamar University ('16). I have a passion for working with exceptional students who shine bright at Kilgore High School each day. Although I am a resident of Lindale, I leave my heart in Kilgore everyday. I love working with the students of KISD and the parents who entrust us with the crucial task of educating their children.
