Description: A high-energy martial arts programme focused on discipline, self-defense, and physical conditioning, with opportunities for selected members to join the KIS TKD Demo Team for event performances.
**Team members will be selected from IS ECA – Power in Motion whenever an event requires a Taekwondo performance.
