[ECA NEWS] ~ Reminder: ECA Programme Schedule

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As we enter a busy period of the school year, we would like to remind families to regularly check their child's activity schedule through the Veracross Parent Portal and refer to the ECA Hub for the latest master timetables and programme updates.

Please note that throughout October and the coming months, several school events, including Adventure Camp, Adventure Week, Parent-Teacher Conferences (PTC), and other whole-school activities, will affect the regular ECA schedule. On these dates, certain ECAs will not take place.

Please note that School Teams (Sports, Swimming, Choir and Orchestra etc) and selected ECAs such as Power in Motion are not scheduled on dates reserved for major school events and activities.

We encourage all families to review the published schedules regularly to ensure they are aware of any programme adjustments and to make appropriate pick-up arrangements where necessary.

Should you have any questions regarding your registered programme(s), please do not hesitate to contact us at eca@kis.edu.hk.

ECA News

To help parents stay informed, a new "ECA News" section has been added to the ECA Hub. This page will be updated regularly with important notices, schedule reminders, programme updates, and other ECA-related information throughout the year. In addition, parents will receive ECA News communications regularly highlighting important updates and upcoming arrangements. We encourage families to check both the ECA Hub and their email regularly to stay informed of the latest announcements.

Sports Team Tournament 2026/2027

The ECA Hub now includes a "Sports Team Tournament 2026/2027" section, where parents can find key tournament dates and competition schedules. Relevant team members will receive detailed information and arrangements closer to each event.

Primary School Team

Thank you to all our students who participated in our try-out sessions last week.

We greatly value and appreciate the feedback and input from our parent community, which plays an important role in helping us continually enhance and develop our programmes and offerings.

As part of our development plans for Academic Year 2026–27, we are restructuring and strengthening our team framework. During this academic year, the school will operate with the current consolidated team structure while we continue to build a strong foundation for future development. This approach will enable us to focus on delivering a high-quality experience while further strengthening our programmes and pathways for participation.

As the framework develops, there may be opportunities to expand or introduce additional team divisions in the coming months. We will keep our community informed of any new opportunities or team plans as they become available.
