KISJ values professional learning and growth as a cornerstone for the on-going improvement of student learning. We have provided a clear and collaborative structure for teacher evaluation, as well as a variety of avenues for professional learning and development. Every year we host a few professional learning opportunities; some of which are open to the public and others that are exclusive to KISJ faculty.
