After removing the intertior Campmobile Cabinets, the 2/3 Z-Bed hardware was reused to make a full width Z-Bed. Template, test, fit, test, fit, repeat.
All things removed
Template shenanigans.
Fitting and adjusting, so much adjusting.
Test fit the seat back
Test fitting the bed before the cushions go on.
Frame painted a close shade of the original Sage Green.
Finished, not the most polished but it looks decent.
