Click on Technology Troubleshooting (Below Technology Assistance)
Please follow the steps below if you have issues with your Chromebook especially if you do not have Zoom installed on your Chromebook!
To request technology support, send an email to itsupport@KIPPMetroatlanta.org and copy your grade-level chair.
In the subject, add a brief description of the issue, (e.g. ‘power cable damaged’, ‘sound not working’ or ‘no Zoom access’, not just ‘help’ or ‘request for support’).
In the body, add the information below:
School (e.g. KSFA)
Name
Grade
Serial number of the Chromebook (if visible)
A description of the issue
