Kipp SoCal will match at the outlined rate if the employee meets or exceeds his or her contributions at the outlined rate:
Level 0: 100% up to 2% of compensation
Level 1: 100% up to 3% of compensation
Level 2: 100% up to 4% of compensation
Level 3+: 100% up to 6% of compensation
For eligible employees that DO participate in the California State Teachers Retirement System (“STRS”) or the California Public Employees Retirement System ("PERS") and will be teaching at KIPP Los Angeles Preparatory or Endeavor College Prep, the matching formula will be as follows:
Level 0: No matching contribution
Level 1: 100% up to 1% of compensation
Level 2: 100% up to 2% of compensation
Level 3+: 100% up to 3% of compensation
