Covid-19 Regulations

Pre-tournament

• We ask that you strongly encourage your players to do whatever they can in the run-up to the tournament to stay healthy and safe. This seems obvious, but none of us wish to leave a player behind at the very last minute or arrive with a player who is showing symptoms.

• We will continue to remind all about social distancing, mask wearing and sanitizing regularly. Standard practice of basic protocols is thus essential for the duration of the tournament at both DSG and Kingswood College.

• Players will need to have their own drinking bottles, and must be masked before and after play.

• Where possible, players are to arrive changed so as to minimise time in changerooms.

• There will be a separate entrance and exit to the pool area. There will be sanitiser stations at both entrance and exit.

• All participating teams must complete daily screening forms as sent out to all with all your players and staff with temp etc recorded. When you arrive at either DSG or Kingswood College these forms must be handed into the tech table. These forms must be handed in to the security guard when coming onto campus each day.

• There will be spectators allowed.

• Referees and table officials to observe all protocols at all times.

Isolation process

• Any player/ coach/ manager/referee exhibiting symptoms must be isolated immediately and the Tournament Director must be informed.

• If any player, staff member of any of the participating teams may test positive for Covid-19 during the tournament it is the responsibility for that school to arrange the isolation process for that person.
