Make a poster or leaflet about Charles Darwin or Alfred Russell Wallace.  You must include a list of websites/books you use.

Information you could include:

- When and where were they born?

- Where did they work?

- What were their important scientific discoveries?

- When did they die?

56.2 Literacy If Dinosaurs Walked Among Us

Write a short story/essay about what life would be like if dinosaurs hadn’t become extinct. 

Ideas: Think about whether humans would have evolved or not, and how dinosaurs would have evolved over time too.

Choose the following task which will earn you three KMS Bacc Knowledge points.

56.3 Literacy Female Fossil Hunter

Research and write a biography about Mary Anning. Don't forget to include a list of websites/books you use.

Information you could include:

• Where did she work?

• What was her job?

• What were her important discoveries?
