Course Description: Super 7 Taekwondo is a dynamic Taekwondo program designed for young students in International Schools. We teach your child the fundamentals of Taekwondo in a fun and easy-to-learn way. We guide your child to be flexible, agile, and strong. We also teach your child how to be healthy, disciplined, respectful, positive, confident and kind. We are certified by the Thai National Taekwondo Association, World Taekwondo, Kukkiwon, and RSR International Taekwondo Academy. Super 7 Taekwondo has been operating for 10+ years. We have 10+ branches in Thailand. Together, our team has more than 200 years of Taekwondo experience. We have taught over 4,000+ students.

Course Description: Yellow Ball – Age: 10+ Years to Adults
Yellow balls are fully pressurized, with the highest bounce and speed.

Yellow Ball Beginner

• Learn the basics of hitting standard balls

• Prepare for intermediate-level drills

Yellow Ball Intermediate

• Apply basic skills across different drill types

• Prepare for casual or developmental competition

Yellow Ball Advanced

• Develop skills for high-level competition

• Regular attendance required

Course: The Baking Club with Lys KS2&SS

Price: 780 THB./Session 

Staff: Lalidpat Bilinkewycz (External Provider)

Course Description: The Baking Club by Lys is an extracurricular activity with a difference. These weekly, individually planned activities will educate students in the baking process whilst teaching techniques to develop a life-long passion for baking - 'everyone can be a baker, it just takes a little time and a lot of passion'. Throughout the block, students will learn about the equipment, techniques and language of the kitchen whilst baking tasty treats in a safe and positive environment! Each week, students take home recipe cards with their ingredient list and easy-to-follow instructions so they can recreate their bakes from school at home. The menu shared is an example of a block plan, however the students will be exposed to new recipes following themes, trends and cultural celebrations - no 2 classes will be the same! Every session, each student takes home their bakes to share with their family in personally designed and decorated packages - a tasty celebration of their hard work and fun!
