Friday Evening – Sathorn Meet-Up & Gallery Hopping
On Friday 20th November, join us for an informal evening meet-up in the vibrant Sathorn district. We'll gather over drinks and enjoy some time connecting with fellow art educators before kicking off an evening of gallery exploration.
Our meet-up will also serve as the perfect starting point for Gallery Nights, an exciting event presented by the Sawasdee and French Embassy, where galleries throughout Sathorn stay open late and are connected by complimentary tuk-tuk shuttles. We'll share the exact meeting location closer to the conference, and from there you're welcome to explore the galleries at your own pace.
Whether you stay for a drink, spend the evening gallery hopping, or both, it's a wonderful way to experience Bangkok's contemporary art scene.
The exact meet-up location in Sathorn will be confirmed closer to the conference. At that time, we'll also provide information about transportation, including whether shuttle service will be available from the preferred hotel or if participants should plan to arrange their own transportation to the meet-up point.
Join us on Saturday evening November 21st for the famous ARWAE Soirée at Blue Parrot, one of Bangkok's most beautiful outdoor venues and just a short distance from King's College International School Bangkok.
Set in a lush tropical environment inspired by Thai architecture, the evening will feature delicious food, drinks, music, and plenty of opportunities to relax and celebrate with colleagues from across the region.
Blue Parrot also has a swimming pool, so if you'd like to take a refreshing dip during the evening, don't forget to bring your swimsuit!
Complimentary buses will depart directly from the school following the conference sessions on Saturday and will take participants to the venue. If you prefer to make your own way there, the festivities will begin at 6:30 p.m.
We can't wait to celebrate an unforgettable ARWAE together!
Stickermunity is Coming to ARWAE Bangkok 2026!
Thanks to the enthusiasm of Ana Grković and the many art educators who have participated in Stickermunity at previous events or even started their own sticker swaps at past ARWAEs - we're excited to announce that Stickermunity is coming to Bangkok this November!
During the conference, we'll set aside time for anyone who would like to participate in a community sticker swap. If you'd like to join in, simply design and bring your own stickers to trade, share, and gift to fellow ARWAE attendees.
Whether you're an experienced sticker creator or trying it for the first time, Stickermunity is a fun way to connect with colleagues, celebrate creativity, and leave with a collection of artwork from art educators across Asia and beyond.
So start designing, get printing, and bring plenty to share - we can't wait to see what you create!
