Our Process Explained

1. Submit Details and Photos: Send us all relevant information and images of the items you want removed.

2. Receive Estimate: We review your submission and provide an estimated price range so you know what to expect.

3. Approval and Scheduling: Once you approve the estimate, we work with you to schedule a convenient pickup time. There may be a deposit charge depending on the size of the haul-off. 

4. Flexible Scheduling: If weather could impact costs (such as rain making items heavier), we will reschedule for your benefit to avoid inflated pricing and uphold our commitment to integrity.

5. Final Cost Confirmation: After the haul-off, the actual landfill weight determines your final charge. For household services, payment is due the day services are rendered. Real Estate or similar businesses that have established payment agreements must pay by the agreed date, not exceeding 15 days from the haul-off date.

How Our Pricing Is Calculated

• Estimate Basis: We provide an initial estimate based on the details and photos you submit (via text, email, or Facebook Messenger), including item type, quantity, location, and images of what needs removal.

• Additional Items: Any items not listed in your original request—such as extra bags, boxes, furniture, or appliances—added after the estimate are considered additional items. Adding these will adjust your price accordingly.

• Heavier Materials: Materials that weigh more than standard household items, such as construction debris, wet yard waste, or water-soaked furniture, are classified as heavier materials. Their increased weight can impact your final cost.

• Weather Effects: Rain or bad weather can cause items to absorb water and weigh more, which increases disposal costs. To maintain fairness and integrity, we will reschedule your haul-off if weather could significantly affect pricing due to increased weights.

• Landfill Weight: The final cost is confirmed after disposal at the landfill and is based on the actual total weight of items removed. This provides the most accurate calculation for your service.
